I also offer a six session, non-denominational pre-marriage counseling package. Each session allows you, the couple, to explore various core issues that build the foundation of a successful marriage. For example: Finances, Career, Children, In-laws and Intimacy/Staying Connected.

The underpinning of these six sessions will be a focus on effective communication and a look at current communication styles. These sessions will allow you, the couple, to come to a deeper, more intimate understanding of each other as you embark toward the happiest day of your lives.

This six session package costs $300. I am flexible with session times, including availability for Saturday sessions.

Are you planning a wedding and finding yourself wrought with difficult emotions such as stress, frustration, fear, uncertainty and guilt?

Are you wondering why the planning process is not all about wonderful emotions such as bliss, excitement, happiness, joy and love?

Are you finding that some of your friends and family are not supporting you in the way that you need?

This support group will give soon-to-be brides the opportunity to share some of these feelings and receive support from a group who understands. It will be an opportunity to process some of the feelings that go along with a big transition such as marriage. I will provide various tools to help with stress relief, relaxation and remaining "centered" during this process. This group meets weekly for 6 weeks. The sessions last 1.5 hours and are limited to 6 members. The total cost is $300 for all 6 sessions.
