I strongly believe in the importance of finding the right connection with a therapist and this may mean meeting with several before finding a match. Therefore, I offer a free consultation either by phone or in the office. This consultation, which is usually 20-30 minutes, will give you an opportunity to ask questions about the therapy process, my approach in particular and get a feeling for how it would be to work together. If it is determined that we are not the right match, I am more than happy to provide referrals to other therapists.
